The view from our room was fantastic, truly breath-taking. We could see the river and the mountains from our bed. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always eager to help in any way. We appreciated how cozy and comfortable the room was, which made it feel like a home away from home.
the heating system in the room was underperforming, which made some areas of the room uncomfortably cold.

The hotel's location is simply stunning! The picturesque mountains and the tranquil river in the background create a perfect holiday atmosphere. , the facilities were sparkling clean, which gave us a comfortable and hygienic stay. We especially loved the delicious breakfast buffet spread with a variety of options to choose from. And the hot chocolate was a perfect treat to enjoy during Christmas!
Some of the rooms had thin curtains that did not protect from the early morning sun, which was a bummer for some of our group members who loved to sleep in. the mattresses were a bit too firm for our liking, which affected our sleep quality.
